How can I book a safari?

You can book by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. To confirm your booking we will charge you a non-refundable reservation fee (1000€). The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Can I cancel my booking? If so, what is the cancellation policy?

Yes, you can cancell your booking but the booking fee is non-refundable. In case of medical issues, kindly contact your insurance provider.

Is travel insurance mandatory?

We highly recommend getting a travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

What equipment do I need to bring?

Just bring warm layers and personal essentials; we provide the necessary outer gear. We recommend thermal layers, gloves, and a warm hat.

Do I need prior experience with snowmobiles or ATVs?

On Adventure Karelia safari some experience is helpful, but our guide Arto will provide full instructions and support. On Adventure Arctic safari some experience is expected due to the challenging terrain.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes, please inform us in advance, so we are able to meet your needs.

How do you ensure participants’ safety during the trip?

Arto is experienced guide with over 30 years of experience in snowmobiling. We provide all necessary safety gear to ensure your safety. The terrain and weather conditions may be challenging so follow the safety guidelines provided by your guide.

How experienced are the guides?

Our guide Arto has extensive experience in Arctic expeditions and adventure travel. He has been guiding snowmobiling adventures for over 30 years.

What happens if I arrive late on the day of departure?

We recommend to book extra nights both before and after the safari. Please notify us as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate you.
